How long have you been in business?
The Nail Salon has been open from 7 good years and I (Pinky ) been working at this place from last 4 years but in Oct of 2013 my previous boss had offer me to buy these Salon because I had built so many regular clients in very short period of time so on out 6th 2013 I Pinky took over this Nail Salon and change the name to Pinky's Pro Nails
What is your primary product or service?
Me and my Technicians are highly trained in doing No Chip manicures ( polish stays for 2 Weeks ) , Vinylux Manicures ( polish stays for 1 Week ) we also have 5 different kind of pedicure option plus Facials, Acrylic and Gel Nails Eyebrows Waxing & Threading and many more services related to make sure our guest nails stay healthy and look pretty.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I all ways liked doing my own nails and hair science I was 14 and growing up decided to go for Cosmetology School and be a Nail tech or a beautician Thank god all my hard work from last 20 years finally paid of and now I'm proud Owner of my own Nail Salon called PINKY'S PRO NAILS
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are proud to say that we do everything possible to make sure our guest walking in are happy walking out there are about 40 nail salon in 20 miles of our Nail Salon and most of us have a same price of services offered but our guest say we are the only one who we fix other Nail Tech mistakes which makes us proud that we do the job the way it is suppose to be done and after our new guest leave our salon happy we see them coming back to us so we now we are different than what is out there.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Well so far this is my first location but i am planning to expand and soon we will be giving good news to our Guest .

We are Conveniently Located on Rt 45 North of Washington St in Waterstone Plaza in Third Lake IL 60030 ( Behind Dunkin Donuts next to LouMalnatis Pizzeria

Third Lake , Grays lake , Wild wood , Gurnee ,Lindenhurst , Round lake and most of Northern Lake County
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Me ( Pinky) and my husband his name is Vinod how is here everyday and runs all the daily operations
What are your hours of operation?
We are Open 7 Days a Week Except Holidays our hours of operations are ( we close Hour early January & February every year ) Monday To Friday -- 10 am to 8 pm Saturday -- 9 am to 6 pm Sunday -- 11 am to 4 pm Note:( we close Hour early January & February every year )
