How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Kim and Ellory have a combined 45 years in food service. Chef Kim has a culinary degree from the Florida Culinary Institute, and Ellory has worked for some of the largest food services corporations in the country. Cooking is our life, love and passion.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We fully customize our menus for each client. Everything is made completely from scratch. We will never bring in pre-made or frozen products.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our offices are in Gurnee IL, but we service a very large area.

Our offices are available by appointment only.
What type of payments do you accept?
we accept cash, check, and most major credit cards.
