How long have you been in business?
Bob Nelson and Cole Ford have been in business together for 3 years, but have been working together for 6 years or so where they've collaborrated on vaious projects. They started working together when Bob, who then owned Hwy 50 Music in Paddock Lake, recorded Cole's band. They have been very close since then and decided to become an official business in 2008.
What is your primary product or service?
Universal Productions and Sound specializse in excellent live sound for any occasion, recording, and event management. They have also found it necessary to help their clients book bands, buy equipment, sound system and event consultations, lighting and staging, video, and installations
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Bob and Cole have a great passion for music, bands, and musicians. "It feels great when you've just set up a band or bands or a whole list of different acts and it went off without a hitch. And everybody loved it; the performers, the audience and the client who hired us. It's lot of gratification in a relitively short time."
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The ability to jump at any challenge, and create a very personalized experience for everyone involved.
Which areas do you service?
We are always expanding our area of service and would like to have dedicated individuals anywhere they are needed.

Bob and Cole partnered together and run operations on a very democratic basis.
