How long have you been in business?

What is your primary product or service?
We practice physician-driven integrative care! Our beautiful facility is a one stop for medical services. Our doctors treat adults and children traditionally, and also provide additional services such as nutrition, vitamin/mineral therapy, herbal medicine, homeopathy, behavior therapy etc. We have a full scope of medical doctors and alternative practitioners, as well as Labs, Natural Pharmacy, and Imaging Services. We treat acute illnesses, chronic fatigue, Lyme disease, thyroid problems, adrenal fatigue, candida, anxiety and depression, weight management, inflammation.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Jerry Gore, MD, first entered Integrative Medicine training in the early 80s with Dr. Ballantyne at the Himalayan Institute in Glenview. After branching out on his own for several years in Northbrook, Dr. Gore opened the center in its current location in 1999. His passion for creating health in a 'holistic' way--body, mind, and spirit, lead him to bring in like-minded doctors over the last 15 years--as the demand for integrative care has grown. He is one of one or two medical doctors in the Chicago area with 30years experience in this field.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We practice collaborative medicine: your doctor works closely with other alternative medicine practitioners to support the patient's path to health. Using state of the art diagnostic testing, we can test for 'gut biome' hormones, vitamin levels, lipid levels, food sensitivities, etc to determined treatment.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
This is our flagship location, directy across from Takeda, Baxter, and Discover Card. We do not plan to add any locations in the next year.

We are between Lake Cook Road and Deerfield Road on Saunders. Just a couple minutes from the exits at the Tri-State Tollway and the Edens 'spur'.
What type of payments do you accept?
Some of our doctors are in-network with BlueCross BlueShield, others are self pay.
Which areas do you service?
Our patients come from all over the Chicago area, with most from the North Shore and Northwest Suburbs.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The Center is owned by Dr. Gore, and managed by a staff that includes Director, Susan Rosecrans, and Office Manager, Diana Islas
What are your hours of operation?
M-Th from 9-7 Fridays from 9-4
